What exactly is public policy?
Policy 101 is a video series that offers a comprehensive understanding of public policy and how to engage in it by answering foundational questions about policymaking.
Policy touches every aspect of our lives. Understanding what it is and how it’s made is essential to understand the world around us, and to have an influence on it.

Policy 101 features Action Canada Fellows’ experience with public policy. They’ll introduce the main elements of public policy, so that participants emerge with a better understanding of the policy-making process and how to engage in it.

These modules are designed especially for high school students, with lesson plans that connect with curriculum from every province and territory.
Policy 101 also explores case studies from across the country, where policy plays a role in major challenges and the solutions to address them.
